Welcome to Grade 7 Spanish Connections!
Here you will be able to see general information regarding the weekly happenings in class; what your students are currently working on and upcoming dates of importance.

This week:
Students have continued their study of the calendar and numbers by adding telling time to their skills. There is a very basic math component when telling time in a traditional way in Spanish (rounding up hours and subtracting minutes) however, they have picked up on this quickly. This week we will add a less traditional manner of telling time using higher numbers. Students will find this easier. Students will have a quiz Thursday of this week (October 11). Below is a link that you can use to help them review telling time.
I am planning on staying after school Wednesday, October 10 for those who may want extra help. I will be here until 5 and ask that if your student stays they have transportation at the school at 5:00.
