What is Incident IQ?

Incident IQ is the district's technology work order system. All MCSD Staff can use Incident IQ to submit a work order when they are experiencing technical issues with district hardware (laptops, printers, smart boards/panels, etc), software, or network/connectivity issues.

If you are unable to enter your own work ticket, you may also call Technology Customer Support at 706-748-2271, and a Technology Customer Support Specialist can assist you further.

Accessing Incident IQ

Click on the Technology Support button on the Staff page of the MCSD website.

This will redirect you to the IIQ login page. Click on District Login.

How to Submit a Work Ticket

Do the following steps to submit a new work order.

1. Click on either of the "New Ticket" buttons.

2. Choose one of the three categories. Then, select the next category that best identifies the issue. If an issue is not list, choose the "Issue not listed" option.

3. Describe the issue in as much detail as possible. Be sure to complete the items marked with red asterisks (*). Click submit at the bottom of the ticket.

Important Note: You will receive an email confirmaion of your submitted ticket. You may also receive emails requesting additional information. Please respond to these emails as soon as possible to assist with resolving your techical issue quickly.
