3rd offense: Student will be assigned Monday Evening School and parent/guardian may pick up the phone after 5 school days.

4th offense: Student will be assigned 2 days of In-School Suspension and the parent/guardian may pick up the phone after 10 school days.

5th offense: Students will be suspended out of school for 2 days for each offense due to defiance. Parent/guardian may pick phone up at the end of the school day.

I understand the expectations outlined in Coach Hudson’s syllabus. I also understand that in order to be successful I must adhere to the classroom rules and Shaw code of conduct. Time in trouble equals less time to learn. I acknowledge that I must be in the classroom in order to learn. Maximum class time = maximum results.
